Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant reports that for years, there has been sewage coming out the sewage system at the end of the road on Davis Ave. Complainant has spoken with the city and has seen city officials utilize sandbags and some sort of chemical during times of overflow, while wearing hazmat suits.
