Jan Tollet, Spoke to Oakley Hall regarding the mud in Town Branch. The Town Branch section flowing between West Ave. North and Miller Ave.
Flooding is occuring as a result of the mud and debris build up in the stream (Town Branch)as reported to Jan by her father Mr. John Lee Smith.
21MAR11 Investigated with City of Crossville Staff. Flooding area constricted by culvert under a church building. Culvert was clear and water free flowing. Typical accumulation of gravel in stream.
Site investigated for sediment erosion control compliance. No muddy runoff identified during rain.
