Development has completely filled in a spring (across the street from where the work is being done) with sediment and has the road constantly filled with mud for the last month.
No EPSC measures are installed and the site is in serious disrepair. Significant erosion is occurring and sediment is being lost from the site to the road and roadside ditches. The roadside ditches are conveying the mud down the hill and into a stream. DWR will send an NOV requesting corrective actions.
