7/22/2024 - Customer called reporting an unlicensed water well pump installer. Customer states that installer has been partially paid; however, the company, Choice One Plumbing, has been unsuccessful in pulling the existing pump from the well. The Division has no license holder dba Choice One Plumbing. Division has emailed customer for supporting documentation to determine if an NOV can be issued. Began Drafting NOV.
7/26/2024 - received documentation from complainant
7/29/2024 - Investigated License numbers listed on web page - From TN Verify: the LLP number is expired, the TN Master Plumber License number does not show up in TN verify database. NOV drafted
8/1/2024 - NOV mailed to Choice One Plumbing.
9/5/2024 - hard copy letter still not delivered - RWR sent NOV in email body and attached to the email. received delivery receipt for email
