Concerns about Fiery Gizzard/Tracy City water system. Development, docks, going in. Green bathtub water, black silt in bathtub.
Provided more info to JKR: Her concern is about oversight of the tiny home development around the water supply for Tracy City. She stated that there is heavy equipment staged very close to the lake and a lot of construction trash and debris. She stated that Orchard Dr was what looked the worst and she asked if someone could come by and take a look at it to make sure they are in compliance. She also has concerns that the developer is planning to install a floating dock and is advertising boating access is available for the development, and that several docks have been installed around the lake and she is curious who permits those.
Site is largely built out. Lot-level epsc measures are not installed. At this stage in construction, it is unlikely that too much sediment is entering waters. Much of the site still does not have CGP coverage. The order remains open.
