Description and Writeup
Map shows part of the facility is on top of Honey Creek. Soils are being pulled from west side of Helton Road and brought to east side but has no sediment fencing etc. The haul road to the manure field looks to be in water flow( photoP4) . Manure was on the ground in makeshift lagoon on the new fill area (photoP5 -dark soils near small track hoe). I don’t know if outdoor storage is in that permit but washing trucks off was making mess. He said he had some type of water permit.
