Please note Black Creek on Friday of last week had clay runoff in section upstream of Cummings Highway. The creek pool at end of Kelly’s Ferry Road by our address is now silted in from that event and creek bottom upstream for at least 500’ has red clay slime as well. I did not walk further upstream to discern point of entry, development on Kelly’s Ferry Place is a prior source of ground disturbance not well mitigated. Could you pass this on to local responsible entities to resolve?
