Description and Writeup
Complainant states that topsoil is being removed. TDT personnel reported: I observed a construction company removing topsoil along the banks of Hickerson Branch along SR 10 in Trousdale County. The location is approximately 1.5 miles up SR 10 on the left after you turn off SR 25 in Trousdale County. I believe the location is Lat. 36.398019/Long. -86.10611111. I did not see any stream impacts but the cut bank in my first photo is well within the riparian area and could easily collapse if we have a good rain event. Just wanted you all to be aware of the situation. I did not stop and ask them any questions.
