Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Issue: She has city water and city sewer. Her water is backing up and causing issues with her sewer overflowing as well. (If I understood her correctly) She says water drain pipe is stopped up.
She’s contacted Amy, Larry & Amber with the city regarding these issues. They agree something isn’t right. But no one is helping her. She doesn’t know where else to turn to and would just like someone to lead her in correct direction.
Ms. Buckley has employed several plumbing companies to find the problem and the lines from her home to the road are not obstructed. A camera has been deployed in the line which was standing in sewage.
