First reported 7/25/2022 to TDEC . They have investigated multiple times along with agriculture dept. Mr. Browning has had 4 NOV and still operates a cattle feed lot on a hill. 7000 to 9000 head on less than 150 acres without obtaining a CAFO permit. Multiple branches and creeks affected.
