A video of a tributary behind the Leonard Church of Christ was provided to Oakley Hall. The video, presumably recorded on 5.6.2024, shows discoloration and foam in the stream. The pollutants pictured likely originate from the Browning Cattle operation. This complainant wished to remain anonymous.
