Description and Writeup
Mr. Ed Mullins, City of Elizabethton reported a 4-25-17 overflow at 112 West G Street, Elizabethton (cleanout). The written report received on 4-25-17 indicated the following, "On 4/25/17, at approximately 12:55 PM, our maintenance crew was called out to a report of a cleanout overflowing at 112 West G Street. The crew arrived shortly thereafter to discover the main line in front of the cleanout was stopped up with rags. The crew said they did not know how long it had been overflowing. They estimated approximately 45 GPM to be coming from the cleanout. At 2:25 PM debris inside the line were cleaned up and the cleanout stopped overflowing. Our crew reported that the area around the cleanout was cleaned up of debris."
