Complaint Description and Writeup
Trying to solve a problem with a blocked sewer line that needs to be replaced. The line will clog and spill large amounts of feces, toilet paper, etc. into the alley. The is a reoccurring problem that the two restaurants that this line services and we have to stand and drive thru this mess. My staff is getting tired of dealing with this, and I’m going to lose them.
The clean out is located in the alley behind 1900 broadway, behind the Taven and Broadway Brewhouse.
Metro Water investigated on 3/18/2024. Their response states "Kevin went by the site today and it was not overflowing. Codes also responded today and said their inspector recently went out and “didn’t see a violation.” We’ll continue to monitor the location."
