I just witnessed what appeared to be someone who worked in the kitchen at Mikes Hole in the Wall on cherokeee boulevard exit the building and dump a white 5 gallon bucket of pickles and other juices into the storm drain on chilliohowie street (see attached picture for exact spot of discharge. If they will do this in daylight I hate to think about what else they pour down the drains that go straight to the river.
