Description and Writeup
The problem is a retention pond overflow at a nearby subdivision which allows the runoff to go right into the springs starting point and contaminates the whole creek. For years, prior to the neighborhood, we never had this problem before. And when the water resides, the rocks are covered with red mud, which is obviously from the new subdivisions' storm drains.
