The complaint stated that the property was cleared over a year ago and it appears that they have started putting water lines in or something to do with the drainage. Whatever they are doing is dumping a lot of silt down the storm drain.

12/18/24: MHBu investigated the site. The disturbance on the site amounts to approximately 0.75 acres. At the time of investigation, there appeared to have been grading completed and utilities installed on the southwest side of the site for one small building, and grading on either side of the access road on the west side of the site. No observable erosion prevention or sediment control measures. There are significant erosion rills on the east side of the site directly adjacent to a drainage ditch. This site appears to be contributing to sedimentation into waters of the state by way of a drainage ditch on the east side of the site, flowing south into Hall Creek, resulting in a noticeable color contrast at the intersection point and downstream of the intersection point.
