Description and Writeup
Complainant states: they are constructing houses on the lake - and there has been no silt fence up to keep the debris going into the water. The water that is the drinking water for the city of Tracy City, TN. The remaining phases are not yet complete - but phase one is. There has been a pool sitting there as a hazard unfinished for the last two years. The roads are in constant peril because of incorrect water drainage.
Write up: There is very little to no EPSC measures installed onsite. No EPSC measures are installed around the lake in the locations I observed. An unauthorized stream crossing has also been installed. DWR will issue an NOV requesting installation of EPSC measures and removal of the unauthorized crossing.
