Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant states that the USACE bermed up the back of the property and the drainage pipe out of the berm is clogged and floods the property. Additionally, complainant states the neighbor has bermed up part of the drainage way and it is flooding his property more. TRS/DKM reached out to USACE- Berm was not built by them. TRS/DKM investigated the complaint and found no issues that were within our jurisdiction 11/25/24
