Description and Writeup
Complainant stated that a pond next door to 150 Stockton Lane in Rickman (36.25634, -85.37466) has had drainage to and from pond altered. The alteration of the drainway is causing the home at 150 Stockton Lane to be flooded. Additionally, there is >1 acre or more of ground disturbance being done at the pond area.
TJD Visited the Site. he reviewed the area and a small impoundment. WOH visited the site and met with the adjacent property owner and was able to cross the property line. Construction greater than one acre has taken place. Also work in waters of the State.
WOH met Deanna Fox and Jim Fox at their driveway.
