Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Rudy Collins passed this texted complaint to me on 7-16-24. Complainant just stated that the creek looks bad. There is a long history in Houston Branch and specifically, the west fork of Houston Branch with drainage through an old lake with a breached dam that is contributing dissolved metals such as manganese and runoff from the spray irrigation fields at Shiloh Falls Development that are getting into drainages that lead to the west fork Houston Branch. There have been past complaints of algal growth and black rocks.
