Excess surface drainage from Phase 1 of Villages at Norris Lake cutting deep rills on property and down driveway. Resulting sediment covered up water meter box and deposited in Rainbow Dock Lane. Mr. Witham stated he planned to cut diversion to convey drainage across his property and he has already installed a grated trench drain set in concrete to help dissipate energy of the flowing water. He would like for the developer to compensate him for expenses associated with installing trench drain and diversion.
