Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Ryan is concerned about runoof from chicken houses on Cobb Rd., Deer Lodge, TN. The wash tanks are overflowing, running across the road, running into a ditch and from there into and into the river, possibly Clear Fork. The wash water contains a degreaser, a sanitizer (Synnergiser), and chicken litter. All the tanks overflow but the evidence is most obvious at house FCR 4. The tanks are in-ground but the white tank caps are visible. The path the overflow takes is evident from the lush vegetation.
Whoever responds to this will probably have to shower thru to view the tanks.
Mr. Ryan would like a call back to know how the complaint was resolved and would like to know legal options for disposal of this waste.
