    Complaint Description and Writeup

    Complainant states that the Step System is failing with standing grey water in the field, it has not been mowed in two years, and Adenus refusing to make a site visit to correct the issue. Complainant states the evidence is primarily behind houses 348, 350, 352, 354, and 356 on Windhaven Bay. Complainant had called and reported ponding water on the drip field to Adenus and was told by Adenus representatives this is normal for this system.

    Site visit showed numerous areas of ponding water and saturated spots with algae growing, exposed drip lines, erosion ditches from broken lines, and incomplete fences around both drip fields.
