My name is Angela Coley. These pictures were taken on 3/5/24 after less than 1" of rain. The runoff from the feedlot is destroying our community. To my understanding they have reduced the number of cattle to under 1,400, but this is still completely unacceptable. Why is this still being permitted? Ms. Coley Provided 7 photos. woh
