Amanda called asking to see how she can get her water tested due to strong chlorine smell from her water. She states that her water has smelled like chlorine for the last month or so. She has contacted the water department twice the first time a lady came out and took a sample of the water the second time she hasn't been able to get ahold of the operator at Dowelltown-Liberty.
