Description and Writeup
JEFO Will Little, Libby Williams, and Daniel Pillow along with CO Richard Rogers and Ashby Barnes visited site to perform a well inspection of the residential well on October 5, 2023. The well was missing the driller tag and the electrical wire guard that connects to the cap. Will Little contacted Rodney Tatum on October 5, 2023. Rodney stated that the wire guard was installed before Water Well Solutions had completed the installation and left the site. The cap did appear to have been hit by a tire at some point. Will Little left a voicemail with the owner, according to the driller report, suggesting having another guard installed and it be done by a licensed driller/installer if the installation would require removing the well cap. Rodney informed Will Little that he could not find the tag. Rodney had the tag number, D0126863, put on the casing with a permanent marker. The casing also has a State Inspection Tag # - 067871 on it.
