Description and Writeup
Complainant stated the wet well near the treatment plant is overflowing into the creek.
The violation did occur due to a clog. It was corrected however the overflow was extensive at 39 hours and about 200,000. gallons lost to Mine Lick Creek.
The pump station was placed back into service on 05.11.2021.
