On 9/25/2024, Noah Reid with the DWR received a complaint from a Ms. Shirley Cary of 4912 Claude Tucker Rd. She called to complain about uncovered chicken litter stored at 4880 Claude Tucker Rd. Ms. Cary complained that the litter was causing an extreme odor that her and her neighbors were unhappy with. Due to the nature of this complaint, it was determined that this issue needed to be referred to the Department of Ag. On 9/26/2024, this complaint was referred to Doug Taylor with the Department of Ag for further investigation. Ms. Cary was notified of this change the same day.
