Complaint Description and Writeup
Gary New called to report a sewer overflow from the manhole in his yard. He said it is a recurring problem during heavy rainfall events, the sewer bubbles out of the manhole and runs into neighbor's yards and down the street, eventually ending up in an unnamed creek. Residents are unable to flush their toilets during heavy rainfall events because they will overflow.
