Complaint Description and Writeup
Travis Carpenter (Rogersville STP Chief Operator) left voicemail for BBC during the evening of 03-MAR-2020 to report a sanitary sewer overflow at the intersection of Jones Street and Main Street. Mr. Carpenter stated the overflow was caused by a blockage of roots and debris. Rogersville personnel cleared the blockage, cleaned up the area, and applied lime.
