Complainant states that sediment is being discharged to the stream along HWY 70 in Cumberland County. The stream and logging activity is 2 1/2 miles east of Renegade Mountain along HWY 70 and no BMPs were noted. The complainant is David Wilson who may be reached at 865-414-7437 or djtenn@gmail.com.
