Complainant states: Sam rainwaters is digging a pond on overhead bridge rd camden tn and has cleared off several acres and there is run off . He has not installed any thing to catch the silt and its draining into a creek which has made it muddy . Also a lot of mud in the road. Please inspect this asap.
