4/4/22:Complainant called concerned about discharges from the construction site onto his property. Would like to be notified when complaint is inspected.
4-6-22: Called complainant - informed him we would contact him when we set the inspection date.
4-22-22: called complainant - inspection today.
4-22-22: Met complainant at his house, observed sediment residue on patio, sidewalk, and driveway.
Recon'd the site from road right-of-way with complainant. After observing entire site with bare soil and failing EPSCs, informed complainant that we would be issuing an NOV.
Complainant left site, and GCC performed CGP compliance inspection. Entire site was bare soil, EPSCS were failing, and sediment had been discharged to roadside ditch upstream of the Myron Creek tributary to the southwest. See inspection report and NOV.
