A neighbor that has been damming up the creek that runs beside my property. It goes under a bridge and then he has put in some culverts but they are less than half the width of the creek bed. It is dry now bc of our lack of rain, but this is a creek that floods on the regular. I have lived here a year and a half and have regularly seen it flood more than a few times in my short time here. It will naturally flood up into my pasture but with the narrowing that he has done, it will make my pasture a lake if we get a hard rain. He has done this in 2 different spots in the creek on the same property.

No one lives on this property, but I believe he is working to sell it as lots to be built on from what he has said to us. He lives around the corner. I am not sure if any permits have been pulled for the land and creek disturbances that he is currently being done.
