9/16/2024 - RAB - On 9/13/2024 phone call, when speaking with well owner about their well and driller report, well owner mentioned the name of the company that installed the treatment system on well. Name did not sound familiar so RAB look up company and found that company owner had been previously licensed but had not renewed license and that no one from company was currently licensed.
RAB advised well owner that treatment system installer was not a licensed water well treatment system installer and advised well owner that a licensed treatment system installer should check out the system to make sure it was installed correctly.
RAB asked well owner if they would send a copy of the PerfectWater invoice. Well owner said they would but did not want to have this come back on them. RAB told well owner that they would be kept anonymous.
