a retention pond is flooding driveways on Ayers Lane in Hamilton County. The pond is flooding due to overflow from a construction site next door.
This is in response to your email. I'm including the name of the subdivision and construction site information you requested. It is ROYAL OAKS subdivision, located in the 10600 block of Highway 58 and Sir Anderson Court. Owner/Developer is BILL FINE. The road that is flooding is AYERS LANE, it is south of Sir Anderson Court.
Included in this email are photos/videos of the flooding/drainage from the retention pond as well as drainage from several homes (west of the pond) that do not have proper drainage.
