Description and Writeup
There is a developer named Scott Davis in McMinn County/Athens who is timber harvesting/logging in the Davis place subdivision with no erosion or water quality controls or remediations. He cleared several lots that are part of the neighborhood drainage system. I would like someone to drive through the neighborhood/area and see what can be done to ensure runoff is prevented and our surface and ground water quality is protected.
