My email is about the water quality. I do not believe the part of the subdivision the drains to North Suggs Creek has an active SWPPP but it still discharges chocolate milk water. Is there anyway to stop this. Looking on the TDEC website this section of North Suggs Creek is not listed as 303 D but North Fork of Suggs Creek is. I would be happy to meet with TDEC and explain my concerns. I’ve also included a picture from today of the creek. If a phone call works better, please feel free to call me.
