Description and Writeup
Viki Parker called and alleged that TCB Farms were dumping hog waste on the ground in the fields and not injecting it which causes more strong odors. She heard it from her husband who heard it in his barber shop.
The farmer was properly applying animal waste to fields identified in the NMP in accordance with acceptable agricultural practices.
