JEFO DWR admin received a call regarding a company building a new facility in Rossville on Airport Rd. Complainant stated mud was washing over into the roadway from the site along with several other "violations" that are supposedly occurring. Complainant didn't have an exact location, just that it was on Hwy 57 in Rossville across the street from the Dollar Store.
12/19/24: DKM1 visited the site. Construction Entrance/Exit were installed and with some minor grading past the entrance. Company name was on equipment.
12/20/24: DKM1 contacted contractor. Contractor measured disturbance, which exceeded just over an acre. Contractor is in the process of developing a SWPPP and will submit CGP NOI.
