Michael,
How are you today? I assume that the complainant is talking about a WWTP, but if not please check it out. Is the WWTP in compliance?
Thanks,
Humberto

Alleged Violator's Name: HUB
Alleged Violator's Address: Harriman
Alleged Violator's City: Harriman
Alleged Violator's State: Tennessee
Alleged Violator's Zip: 37748
Tip or Complaint: Most every time it rains The City (HUB) releases waste water into the Emory river. Today was a lot running down to the river. I pay to much on my sewer bill for them to run it in the river plus it smells bad.
Specific Directions: At the end of the bridge on roane street at Christmas Lumber Co. parking lot, go down beside the bridge and trussell. The little creek is at the bottom of hill.
