Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
We have a cleared property that is close to 6 acres (two separate lots around 2.5 acres or more owned by the same owner) next to me. The owners have cleared over 3 acres of it.
Unfortunately there has not been any thought in erosion control and his property (dirt and gravel) not only spills on the road but now has clogged the culvert and drainage pipe and looks to be emptying out into the lake.
The property is located on Bat Creek Shores Lane, Vonore TN. Parcel 019050.18 & 019050.19.
The attached image is of the neighbor’s property across the street from him. This neighbor lives on the lake.
This is the third property that has been clear cut and I believe there are plans to build at some point. We have had issues with the other lots (all over 2 acres) but this is the worst.
There is a ditch that he has made for drainage into the existing culvert and it appears to have a water container buried at the top of his property near his trailer, that can open into the drain. Not sure if it is their black water or not but it will also be draining into the lake.
