Mrs. Hemmen complaint that:I live in Clarksville, Tn. I noticed particles floating in our tap water. I filled several different cups and each one has the same dark particles floating in them. This is a new neighborhood in the Crosswinds area. I checked to see the water quality reports for Montgomery Co. And noticed the last one listed was 2014. Im afraid to drink or use the water. Is there someone who can test it that is NOT trying to make money off me. Im really concerned especially after the Flint, Mi incidents. Please advise.
Phip Whittinghill from Clarksville W.D. contacted Mrs. Hemmen on 3/14/16.
On 3/22/16 the clarksville W.S. collact a water sample from Mrs. Hemmen residence. All results were within acceptable limits established by state and federal requirments.The Clarksville W.D. On 3/23/16 Clarksville W.D. sent a response letter with the results to complaint.
On 3/28/16, I contact Mrs. Hemmen by E-mail and ask her if she is satisfied with the result and ask her to contact me if she have any further concerns or questions.
on 3/29/16 Mrs. Hemmen contacted me and she ask for collecting Bact,s and Lead & copper samples.
On 4/6/16 the clarksville W.S. collact Bact ,Lead & copper sample from Mrs. Hemmen residence. All results were within acceptable limits established by state and federal requirments.The Clarksville W.D. On 4/12/16 Clarksville W.D. sent a response letter with the results to complaint.
On 4/13/16 I contact Mrs. Hemmen by phone and leave a masage if she is satisfied with the result and ask her to contact me if she have any questions.
