HD was submitted to TDEC Columbia EFO on 8/16/24. Columbia EFO staff uploaded the HD document to a prior HD from 2021 at the same facility, which was already complete. DMGR was not aware of the HD submittal until a meeting with SRM on December 10, 2024. Site visit conducted 12/19/24. One feature concurred with, two had significant questions.
