Division staff Concurred with 8 streams, 19 Wet weather conveyances (WWC), & 5 state jurisdictional wetland features.
Division Staff had significant questions for 3 features (CH24, CH18B, & CH39). This are outside of the propsed permit area and do not have to be addressed at this time unless it is anticipated that they will be disturbed.
23 features on the property but outside of the proposed permit area of disturbance were not evaluated by Division staff as the features are outside of the permit area and not likely to be disturbed within the 5-year period that hydrologic determinations are valid.
