Comments
EnSafe performed hydrologic determinations and wetland
delineations on the site in 2016 and 2019. TDEC issued concurrence letters for these investigations on January 9, 2017 (#QHP1605.015) and September 20, 2019 (#QHP1905.021), respectively. Because concurrence letters are good for only five years, the earlier determination is no longer valid and the second determination will
expire in September of this year. The Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination issued by USACE on October 23, 2017 (MVM-2017-307) is also now expired.
