A review of the collection system power usage is being performed. The review requires an extended time period. TVA and UCEMC are providing data along with the City of Carthage.
The City's Engineer, Warren and Associates are reviewing the Upper Ferry Pump Station and the Blower Aeration distribution at the Sewer Treatment Plant. Maintenance Activity at the STP was reviewed in July 2013 by WOH and GHD. The City's consultant Engineer was present. woh |
