| Copperhill WS had to issue a boil water notice from 10/11/17, through 10/19/17. They purchase water from McCaysville WS and the plant was not able to meet the turbidity standard after a heavy rain. They had to waste a large quantity of water through the plant to be able to produce water that meets standards. It took several days to get both systems back up to normal flow and pressure following the event. MHF and APF were onesite for approximately 1.5 hours. |
