| Compliance assistance requested by Bays Mountain Park for terminating TN0054941. The park has recently connected to sanitary sewer provided by the City of Kingsport. During the inspection, the area of the tie-in and the existing treatment works were observed. SKV and JABo communicated the following requirements to Bays Mountain Park Ranger Bob Culler and City of Kingsport Collections Manager Chad Austin: Provide engineering plans (approved plans from contract engineer or stamped as-built) documenting tie-in to sanitary sewer, provide remaining MOR data up until discharge ceased, provide statements when no discharge has occurred from plant, and notify JCEFO DWR personnel when the plant is no longer capable of discharge into Dolan Branch (receiving stream). Once these documents have been received by DWR personnel, permit termination can proceed. |
