Been this way a long time and she’s now sick because of the mold. Clarksville water and was able to find out the following information.1. The rupture in question is actually her sewer line.2. The line is her own internal plumbing, under the house3. City TV’ed their sewer lines in 2020 and 2021, no issues on the city side.4. Clarksville offered to smoke test the sewer line in 2021, but she refused because she did not want her house to fill up with smoke. 5. Clarksville called and talked to Ms. Robinson-Brooks who indicated in the past she had hired a private individual/company to fix her leak, but they had not finished the job. So, she was calling to try and get the state to force the person to finish.04-OCT-22 Clarksville sent additional documentation showing they have been to the complainants home 5 times to investigate sewer leaks. Each time the only issues found were on the customers side. Copies of the work orders have been uploaded.
